The main objective of the project is to increase the energy efficiency of the service building of the Applicant -Mind Consulting Jakub Zielinski, and to protect and improve the environment through deep thermo-modernization together with the use of renewable energy sources.
1) Upgrading the ventilation system,
2) replacement of lighting,
3) Replacement of emergency exit doors,
4) installation of a smart energy management system,,
5) installation of photovoltaic system.

The results of the project expressed by indicators are: Additional capacity to generate electricity from renewable sources [0.0496MWe]; Amount of thermal energy saved [344.36GJ/year]; Amount of electricity saved [97.97MWh/year]; Electricity production from newly constructed RES installations [47.616MWhe/year]; Estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions (CI34) 108.41[tons of CO2 equivalent/year]; Reduction in final energy consumption as a result of project implementation [697.06GJ/year]; Additional renewable electricity generation capacity [49.60kWe].

In connection with the implementation of the project "Improving the Energy Efficiency of the Mind Consulting Jakub Zielinski Company" with the number RPLU.05.01.00-IP.01-06-001/19, I request a quote for the implementation of the replacement of lighting in the building of Cube Squash & Fitness in Lublin at 7 Mackiewicza Street.

The basis for the valuation is the measurement for the above order, indicators from the energy audit, presented in the appendix. Prior to performing the quotation, the company stipulates that the potential Bidder is required to inspect the contract site to avoid additional/unforeseen costs associated with the contract.

Please provide a quote for the modernization of air handling units by replacing two condensing units in the VTS VS-55-L-RMHC and VTS VS-100-L-RMHC air handling units. The replacement of the condensing units is also to integrate it with also the mentioned automation for the above air handling units. The chillers are to be provided with an operation control function. The replacement of the chillers is expected to contribute to meeting the goals of the energy audit.

The order is implemented in connection with the execution of the project "Improvement of Energy Efficiency of the Mind Consulting Jakub Zielinski Company" with the number RPLU.05.01.00-IP.01-06-001/19. The implementation of the investment will take place in the service premises for the sports club "Cube Squash & Fitness" at 7 Mackiewicza Street in Lublin under the project "RPLU.05.01.00-IP.01-06-001/19".

Please provide a quote for the implementation of automation for VTS VS-55-L-RMHC and VTS VS-100-L-RMHC air handling units. Replacement of automation is to contribute to meeting the objectives of the energy audit. Automation is to have the ability to manage technical functions of the building(heating, ventilation). Integration of the system with a web server for remote management of the building with an event logger (event log - at least 20 variable logs for at least 5 charts). The replacement must include the replacement of the control system, control setpoints, sensors, etc. along with ancillary components for proper management of technical functions.
