SA.60012(2020/X) Implementation of process innovation through a technology service. Implementation of the system realized for individual/own needs within the framework within the enterprise will be carried out by means of, among others, an enterprise management module, a service room management module or a hotel reservation management module. The individual modules correspond to the innovations introduced within the enterprise. The following will be introduced: process innovation in the form of remote enterprise management, process innovation in the field of control and increasing the efficiency of service room service implementation, process innovation in the field of reservation management, process innovation in the form of implementation of the facilities maintenance module, process innovation is also time recording. The costs were estimated at a net value of PLN 297700.
The primary objective of this project is the implementation of digital technologies by Mind Consulting Jakub Zieliński company in connection with the need to make changes in processes, the way the company operates in the conditions of the epidemic of infectious diseases in humans, in particular the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as to strengthen resilience in the event of further similar crises caused by the state of the epidemic, which will consequently also increase the competitiveness of the company in the local market, and increase its innovation.
